With a thickness similar to 8 oz denim, it is easy to sew with a machine, making it perfect for creating shirts and other garments.

Denim is measured by weight, expressed in ounces, and the higher the number, the heavier it is, which typically means the fabric is thicker.
8 to 10 oz denim fabric is usually classified as thin type. Standard denim (jeans) is said to be 13.5 to 14 oz.
